Geriatric Rehabilitation

Geriatric Rehabilitation is a rehabilitation method aiming to increase the life quality by increasing the activity level and functionality of individuals above 65 years of age. Muscular strengthening, elasticity enhancement and balance development therapies are applied diligently by taking into consideration the elderly-specific exercise principles.

For the sake of comfort of the elderly ages and of significance of active aging, it is suggested by the World Health Organization to everyone above 65 years of age.
